1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners. For international orders, please write to us at contact@suddham.com.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

3. Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Tier 2/3 Towns & Rural Areas: 4–8 business days
Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather, logistics delays, or regional restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

Orders ₹999 and above: Free shipping across India.
Orders below ₹999: A flat shipping charge of ₹60 will apply.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for select pin codes within India.
COD orders may attract an additional handling fee, displayed at checkout.

6. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped. You may also track your order status anytime by writing to us at contact@suddham.com or calling us at 84790-70322 during business hours.

7. Delays or Undeliverable Packages

In rare cases of delay or undeliverable shipments:

If the courier returns your package due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping.
Re-shipping may attract an additional fee.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives visibly damaged or has missing items:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us at contact@suddham.com with photos and a detailed description.
We will initiate an investigation and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
