At Suddham, we take immense pride in the purity, quality, and craftsmanship of our products. Each item is carefully prepared in small batches to ensure excellence and freshness. Due to the nature of our offerings, we maintain a strict no-return and no-refund policy except in cases of genuine concern as detailed below.

1. No Returns for Opened or Used Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with, under any circumstance. This includes dissatisfaction due to personal preferences such as fragrance, texture, or skin/hair response.

All products are sold as-is, with full disclosure of ingredients and usage guidance provided on our website and packaging.

2. Returns Are Only Accepted If:

  • The product was damaged in transit

  • The wrong item was delivered to you

  • The product has a verifiable manufacturing defect

3. Reporting Timeframe

To qualify for a return or refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Any claim made after this window will not be accepted.

4. Proof Required

All return/refund requests must be accompanied by clear photographs or videos showing:

  • The shipping box

  • The product label

  • The defect or damage in question

5. Eligibility and Approval

Once we receive your claim, our team will evaluate the evidence provided. Approval is at the sole discretion of Suddham Soaps Private Limited. If the claim is approved:

  • We may offer a replacement product

  • Or, in rare cases, issue a store credit or refund

6. Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

7. No Refunds/Returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products purchased during sales or promotions

  • International orders (unless damaged or incorrect on arrival)

  • Minor packaging imperfections (cosmetic only)
